Types of gender

                                                               GENDER - लिंग 
English में Gender चार प्रकार के होते है |
1. Masculine Gender - पुलिंग 
2. Feminine Gender - स्त्रीलिंग 
3. Common Gender - उभयलिंग 
4. Neuter Gender - नपुंसक लिंग 
1. Masculine Gender - जिस शब्द से पुरुष जाति का बोध हो , उसे  Masculine Gender कहते है |
The word that denotes a male animal is said to be of the Masculine gender.
Example - Boy, Lion, Dog, Brother, Actor, Hero, Bull etc. 
2. Feminine Gender - जिस शब्द से स्त्री जाति का बोध हो , उसे  Feminine Gender कहते है |
The word that denotes a female animals is said to be of the Feminine gender.
Example - Girls,lioness,Bitch,sister,Actress,Heroine,Cow etc.
3. Common Gender - जिस शब्द से ' पुरुष ' तथा ' स्त्री ' दोनों का बोध हो , उसे Common gender कहते है |
The word that denotes a either a male or a female is said to be of the  Common gender.
Example -Student,Doctor,Friend,Parent,Calf,Pupil,Baby,Infant,Writer,singer,Deer Guest, Enemy etc.
4. Neuter Gender - जिस शब्द से निर्जीव पदार्थ का बोध हो , उसे  Neuter gender कहते है |
The word that denotes an object without life is said to be of the Neuter gender.
Example - Fan,chair,Bag,Ball,Book,Pen,Garden,Wood,Oil,Honesty,Army etc.
